Prepare for Birth — Body, Mind & Heart
Pregnancy can feel exciting… and overwhelming.
Many women say they want a confident birth experience — but don’t always know how to prepare for it.
This four-week Prenatal Yoga & Birth Prep Circle is a supportive space to:
• Strengthen and prepare your body for labor
• Learn practical tools for coping during birth
• Explore your options and birth preferences
• Calm fear and anxiety through breathing techniques
• Connect with other pregnant women in community
Led by Megan Lebov — DONA Certified Doula & Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor — this series blends gentle movement, education, and honest conversation in a grounded, welcoming environment.
What Each Session Includes
Each week you’ll experience:
Gentle Prenatal Yoga & Stretching
To ease common pregnancy discomforts and support pelvic mobility, alignment, and stamina for labor.
Breathing Techniques for Labor
Simple, effective tools to stay calm and grounded during contractions.
Birth Education & Practical Tools
Positions, movement, comfort measures, and conversation around common interventions — so you feel informed and empowered.
Mama Circle
A safe space to share questions, fears, experiences, and intentions with other pregnant women.
Our Four-Week Flow
Week 1: Grounding & Birth Intentions
Connect to your body, your baby, and your vision for birth.
Week 2: Coping Tools for Labor
Movement, breath, positioning, and comfort measures for active labor.
Week 3: Partner Support & Communication
Ways your partner (or support person) can confidently support you during birth.
Week 4: Trusting Your Body & Your Plan
Guided visualization, Q&A, and integrating what you’ve learned.
